Sarah Cooper is a Boise tattoo artist, piercer, and founding force behind Ink Pony Club. Known for custom tattoos with strong storytelling, expressive color, thoughtful composition, and a healthy dose of beautiful weirdness, Sarah creates work that feels deeply personal without losing its visual impact.

Sarah has built her career around one simple belief: the best tattoos happen when people feel comfortable enough to be completely themselves.

Her work moves comfortably between vibrant botanicals, pop-culture pieces, animals, coverups, fine details, bold color, black and grey, and memorial tattoos. Rather than forcing every idea into one signature formula, Sarah listens for what matters most, finds the visual thread, and builds a custom tattoo around the person who will wear it.

Sometimes that means transforming a difficult memory into something beautiful. Sometimes it means celebrating family, friendship, survival, or a favorite fictional world. Sometimes it means tattooing a sparkly unicorn simply because life is short and unicorns are awesome.
