Not Just Another Tattoo Shop

Colorful logo for Ink Pony Club located just outside downtown Boise

This isn’t just a tattoo studio.

It’s a place to connect.

A place to breathe.

A place to finally feel at home.

Ink Pony Club was never meant to fit the mold.

We built this studio to feel like something different—like something better.

A place where artists collaborate, not compete.

A place where first-timers feel safe, returning clients feel seen, and every person who walks through the door is treated like they belong here—because they do.

We’re proudly woman-owned, women-run, community-driven, and planted right outside downtown boise. Inside, you’ll find warm energy, vibrant art, and a team of kind, talented weirdos who genuinely love what they do.

The Studio, the Vibe, the Club.

The walls are lined with framed art and strange little trinkets. There’s soft light, warm colors, and an open layout that gives everyone space to breathe. The drink station is always stocked—tea, coffee, sparkling water, maybe even snacks you didn’t know you needed. There’s music in the air, conversation in the corners, and a kind of quiet excitement you can’t fake.

Every artist has the freedom to personalize their station within the values of the space—so no two spots look alike, but they all feel like home. We’ve got two private suites for those who need extra quiet, and a welcoming open floor for artists who thrive in community.

At the Heart of it All

The Club Wall.

After every session, every client is invited to sign their name. No application, no exclusivity, no secret handshake.

Just ink, kindness, and your name on the wall.

That’s how you join the Club.

No matter where you come from, we want you to feel like this is your place the moment you walk in.

What We Stand For

We didn’t just want to open a tattoo studio.

We wanted to build a space where people feel good—really good—about getting tattooed. A place where kindness is standard, ego stays at the door, and everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first tattoo or your fiftieth.

Here’s what we believe in:

  • We’re here to create good tattoos and good energy. That starts with kindness toward clients, fellow artists, and ourselves.

  • You don’t have to “know the lingo” or “look the part” to belong here. You don’t even have to know what you want—yet.

  • We hire artists who care about their craft and the people they work beside. That means mutual respect, creative freedom, and no toxic ego.

  • Whether you’re getting a delicate fine-line piece, a bold color sleeve, or something deeply personal—we’re here to support your story, not rewrite it.

  • Come in curious. Come in anxious. Come in excited. We’ll meet you where you are, every time.

How Ink Pony Club Was Born

We didn’t start Ink Pony Club because everything in the tattoo industry was perfect.

We started it because, in too many places, it wasn’t.

We’ve been in rooms where kindness was rare, respect had to be earned instead of given, and where great artists were overlooked because they didn’t fit a certain mold. We’ve seen how ego, gatekeeping, and outdated shop culture can make people—clients and artists alike—feel small.

So we built the opposite. We built the Club.

Ink Pony Club was created to be a safe, joyful, radically welcoming tattoo space—not just for clients, but for artists, too. It’s a place where good people can do great work without compromising who they are.

We chose every detail on purpose.

The open layout. The cozy corners. The soft light and stocked drink bar. The signature wall. The culture that says “you belong here” before you even sit down.

This isn’t just a tattoo shop.

It’s the studio we wished existed when we started.

And now, we get to share it with you.

You Belong Here

We serve more than just ink—we serve community.

Ink Pony Club is proud to host flash days, open house events, live Q&As, and community hangouts right here in our Meridian tattoo shop. You don’t have to be ready to get tattooed to visit—you just have to want to be part of something special.

Whether you’re coming from Boise, Meridian, or anywhere in the Treasure Valley, we want you to feel like you’re part of the Club.

You don’t need to pass a vibe check.

You just need to sign the wall.
